Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

We use this data solely to handle your request and to contact you, including replying by email.

We do not use it for advertising, newsletters, profiling, or similar purposes. We do not share your data with other companies or persons for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep the data only as long as needed to process your request, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.

Legal basis

Where you have consented via the form, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR may apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and, where applicable, to object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
